Job Description:

1. Overseeing the Finance and Accounts Department

Setting up policies and procedures of Finance department
Ensuring timely raising of Insertion orders
Ensuring timely and correct raising of invoices and follow up with clients for payments
Ensuring proper check of vendor invoices and timely payment to vendors
Validation of vendor payments
Ensuring proper filing of documents, agreements, Vendor KYC
Bank and credit card management
Payroll processing
Developing good relations with vendors, clients and banks
Control over assets of the Company
Monitoring of credit periods and credit limits provided to clients

2. Regular Analysis of Books

Regular review of books
Ensure that the accounts will clients / vendors are reconciled at periodic intervals
Review of assets / liabilities and income and expenses
Finalization of accounts and assisting in auditing
