Experienced Administration Executive

About Nirman Academy

Nirman Academy is one of Kerala's leading institutes for Architectural Design, Interior Design, Civil Engineering Practices, and Design Technology. We are committed to delivering quality education through professional academic management, practical learning, and excellent student support.

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Administration Executive to join our Manjeri campus.

Experience Required

Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in an educational institution or a relevant professional organization is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the academy.
Handle student admissions, enquiries, registrations, and documentation.
Maintain student records, attendance, academic files, and office documentation.
Coordinate with students, parents, faculty members, and management.
Prepare reports, letters, certificates, and official communications.
Schedule meetings, classes, events, and academic activities.
Support fee administration and maintain administrative records.
Ensure smooth front-office operations and provide excellent customer service.
Coordinate with various departments for efficient campus operations.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure professional office practices.

Required Skills

Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (spoken and written).
Strong computer proficiency, including:
Microsoft Word
Microsoft Excel
Microsoft PowerPoint
Email and Internet applications
Google Workspace
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent documentation and file management skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Experience in educational administration will be given priority.
Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or student management systems is an added advantage.
