Digital Growth & Content Executive

About Aethralife

Aethralife is an emerging health and wellness brand developing convenient, science-informed daily nutrition systems. Our product portfolio will include protein, energy, gut-health and women’s-wellness solutions, offered through easy-to-use daily sachets and personalised product combinations.

We are building Aethralife as a digital-first consumer brand focused on education, trust, customer experience and measurable health-oriented value.

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on and highly motivated Digital Growth & Content Executive to manage Aethralife’s day-to-day digital marketing activities.

The person will be responsible for creating and publishing content, supporting paid advertising campaigns, managing social-media channels, coordinating website updates, monitoring customer traffic, supporting SEO and analysing campaign performance.

This is an execution-focused role suitable for someone who enjoys working in a startup environment and is comfortable handling multiple aspects of digital marketing.

The selected candidate should be capable of turning marketing ideas into actual creatives, reels, campaigns, landing pages and measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

Manage Aethralife’s Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant social-media channels.
Develop and maintain weekly and monthly social-media content calendars.
Publish static posts, carousels, stories, reels, short-form videos and educational content.
Write captions, headlines, calls to action and basic promotional copy.
Monitor comments, direct messages, customer questions and audience engagement.
Maintain a consistent brand voice, visual identity and posting schedule.
Track competitor content, category trends and emerging social-media formats.

2. Creative and Video Production

Create social-media creatives using Canva, Adobe Express, Photoshop or similar tools.
Create and edit reels, product videos, educational videos and customer-focused content.
Use tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, InVideo or similar video-editing platforms.
Create AI-assisted images, voiceovers, videos and content using approved AI tools.
Convert content briefs into attractive, platform-appropriate creatives.
Coordinate with freelance designers, photographers, video editors and influencers when specialised work is required.
Maintain an organised content library containing images, videos, templates and approved brand assets.

3. Meta and Digital Advertising

Set up, monitor and optimise campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.
Support campaigns for brand awareness, website traffic, lead generation, engagement, retargeting and product sales.
Create and test different audiences, creatives, messages and campaign formats.
Monitor daily budget utilisation and identify underperforming campaigns.
Track key metrics including CPM, CPC, CTR, landing-page views, conversions, cost per lead, customer acquisition cost and return on advertising spend.
Prepare weekly campaign-performance reports with observations and recommended actions.
Coordinate the installation and validation of Meta Pixel, conversion events and retargeting audiences.
Support Google Ads and YouTube advertising when required.

4. Website and E-commerce Support

Manage day-to-day content updates on the Aethralife WooCommerce website.
Update product descriptions, images, prices, banners, blogs, FAQs and promotional pages.
Create and improve campaign landing pages in coordination with the website developer.
Check website functionality, broken links, mobile responsiveness, forms and checkout flow.
Monitor abandoned carts, conversion rates and customer movement through the website.
Coordinate technical issues with external website developers or hosting partners.
Ensure that marketing campaigns, coupon codes and website promotions are correctly configured.
Help maintain product listings on marketplaces when the company expands to those channels.

5. Analytics and Performance Reporting

Use GA4, Google Search Console, Meta Ads Manager and WooCommerce reports to analyse performance.
Track website visitors, traffic sources, engagement, product-page views, cart additions, checkout initiation and purchases.
Create weekly and monthly marketing dashboards.
Identify which channels, campaigns, audiences and creatives produce the best results.
Highlight website drop-off points and recommend improvements.
Maintain correct UTM tagging for campaigns and marketing links.
Present performance findings in simple business language, not only marketing terminology.

6. SEO and Content Marketing

Conduct basic keyword research related to protein, energy, gut health, women’s wellness and functional nutrition.
Optimise website titles, descriptions, product pages, headings, image text and internal links.
Prepare SEO-friendly blogs, educational articles, FAQs and product content.
Monitor organic traffic, keyword movement, impressions, clicks and click-through rates.
Coordinate technical SEO corrections with the website developer.
Identify relevant customer questions and convert them into searchable website and social-media content.
Support local SEO and Google Business Profile management where applicable.

7. Campaign Planning and Execution

Support pre-launch, launch and post-launch marketing campaigns.
Convert campaign strategies into daily activities and deliverables.
Coordinate content requirements with the founder, product-development team, doctors, nutrition experts and external partners.
Support influencer, affiliate, community and customer-review programmes.
Maintain campaign trackers, deadlines, budgets and status reports.
Ensure that every campaign has a defined objective, target audience, offer, call to action and measurement method.

8. Brand and Regulatory Discipline

Ensure that all marketing communication follows Aethralife’s approved positioning and brand guidelines.
Avoid publishing unapproved medical, disease-treatment or exaggerated health claims.
Coordinate product and health-related content with the founder and relevant regulatory or technical experts before publication.
Maintain records of approved product claims, disclaimers, creatives and campaign content.
Protect customer information, advertising-account access and company digital assets.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience with Instagram, Facebook and Meta Business Suite.
Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
Ability to create static creatives, carousels and short-form videos.
Working knowledge of Canva and at least one video-editing tool.
Basic understanding of SEO, keyword research and content optimisation.
Familiarity with GA4 and Google Search Console.
Basic understanding of WordPress or WooCommerce.
Strong written and spoken English.
Ability to write clear captions, scripts and promotional messages.
Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets and performance reports.
Strong ownership, attention to detail and ability to meet daily deadlines.
Willingness to learn about nutrition, wellness products and consumer behaviour.

Preferred Skills

Previous experience with a D2C, e-commerce, health, wellness, nutrition, food or beauty brand.
Experience running conversion or lead-generation campaigns on Meta.
Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Tag Manager and email or WhatsApp marketing platforms.
Experience creating AI-generated or AI-assisted videos and images.
Knowledge of influencer marketing and user-generated content.
Understanding of landing-page optimisation and conversion-rate improvement.
Experience working in an early-stage startup.
