Full job description

Job Title: Demand Generation Manager – B2B SaaS / AI Automation

Role Overview-

We are looking for a hands-on Demand Generation Manager to build and manage inbound and outbound campaigns for an enterprise SaaS platform focused on AI-based IT automation, IT service management automation, and IT operations transformation.

This role is ideal for someone who understands B2B SaaS, enterprise technology buyers, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, founder-led content, and qualified pipeline generation. The person should be able to run campaigns independently, test messaging, manage follow-ups, and work closely with founders and sales leadership.

Key Responsibilities-

Build and manage LinkedIn and email campaigns for enterprise SaaS lead generation.

Define target account lists, buyer personas, ICP segments, and campaign messaging.

Run outbound campaigns targeting CIOs, IT leaders, IT operations heads, infrastructure leaders, cloud leaders, service delivery leaders, and automation leaders.

Manage LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools, CRM updates, and campaign tracking.

Convert founder-led ideas into LinkedIn posts, campaign themes, nurture emails, and simple landing page copy.

Personalize outreach messages based on role, industry, pain point, and buying context.

Track responses, follow-ups, objections, meetings, and pipeline movement.

Coordinate with designers, content writers, freelancers, or external vendors where required.

Improve campaigns through A/B testing of subject lines, hooks, CTAs, and buyer segments.

Share weekly reports on campaign performance, lead quality, meetings generated, and improvement actions.

Required Qualifications-

4–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise technology marketing, demand generation, growth marketing, SDR, or outbound lead generation.

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and email campaigns.

Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email automation/outreach platforms.

Strong written communication skills for LinkedIn messages, emails, campaign copy, and follow-ups.

Understanding of enterprise IT buyers and long B2B sales cycles.

Ability to work directly with founders/senior leadership and convert ideas into campaigns.

Strong ownership, follow-up discipline, and reporting mindset.

Preferred Qualifications-

Experience in SaaS, IT services, cloud, ITSM, IT operations, cybersecurity, automation, AI, or enterprise software.

Prior experience targeting CIOs, CTOs, IT heads, infrastructure heads, cloud leaders, service delivery heads, or digital transformation leaders.

Experience running both inbound and outbound campaigns.

Basic understanding of content-led demand generation, webinars, newsletters, and founder-led LinkedIn marketing.

Ability to analyze campaign performance and improve messaging based on data.

Selection Criteria-

The ideal candidate should demonstrate:

Ability to generate qualified B2B conversations, not just raw leads.

Strong understanding of ICP, buyer personas, and enterprise technology messaging.

Practical experience in LinkedIn and email outbound campaigns.

Good judgment in content, positioning, and campaign messaging.

Strong CRM discipline and follow-up ownership.

Ability to work hands-on without needing a large team.

Comfort with weekly targets, performance reviews, and campaign experimentation.

Evidence of past campaign outcomes such as meetings booked, reply rates, pipeline influenced, or account engagement.

Performance Metrics-

Qualified meetings generated.

Positive reply rate from LinkedIn and email campaigns.

ICP/account fit of generated leads.

CRM hygiene and follow-up completion.

Campaign execution consistency.

Founder/content campaign support.

Pipeline influenced through inbound and outbound campaigns.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
