Full job description

Senior Engineer – Development (Java Fullstack)

Job Title: Technology Analyst / Senior Technology Analyst
Location: Navi Mumbai
Reporting To: Manager / Senior Manager

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (mandatory)
Master’s Degree in Engineering (preferred)

Experience & Qualifications

3–4 years of total professional experience
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in designing and developing web applications using:
Angular 7/8 or above with Spring Boot
J2EE with Spring MVC, Hibernate, Jasper, JSP, Servlets
Kafka & Microservices
Exposure to Web Services (SOAP, WS-Security, RESTful) design and development
Experience in web application deployment and troubleshooting on Web & Application Servers (WebLogic, Tomcat, JBoss)
Strong background in designing and maintaining back-end components with databases (Oracle 11g or above preferred)
Familiarity with Software Development and Support functions
Industry background preferably in Technology, ITES, Shared Services, or Banking

Key Responsibilities

Design, code, install, test, and maintain software systems (may include shifts based on business criticality)
Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and consistency
Adhere to standard SDLC methodologies to deliver measurable project results on time
Follow project standards for tools, platforms, methodologies, and controls to ensure efficiency and quality
Maintain technical documentation updated with latest enhancements/releases
Assist in reviewing technical architecture, design patterns, and development methodologies
Work flexibly across different technologies and stages of the software development cycle
Collaborate as a hardworking team player and quick learner
Apply excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, can-do attitude
Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills (spoken and written)
Learn and adapt to new technologies to meet evolving business needs in both development and support projects

Certifications

Technology and domain-specific certifications are a plus
