Sales Operations Coordinator

Location: Jaipur (On-site)

Experience: 1–2 Years (Freshers with strong organizational and communication skills are welcome to apply.)

Dibiaa is a premium jewelry packaging brand committed to delivering innovative, sustainable, and high-quality packaging solutions to jewelry businesses across India and international markets. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly organized Sales Operations Coordinator to strengthen our sales processes and support our Sales Team.

Role Overview

As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day sales operations by managing CRM data, coordinating lead assignments, preparing accurate sales reports, conducting sales call audits, and facilitating internal sales meetings. You will work closely with the Sales Growth Manager to improve operational efficiency and maintain high standards across the sales function.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Management

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.

* Ensure complete client profiling and proper documentation.

* Regularly review CRM data to maintain data accuracy and consistency.

Lead Management

* Assign incoming leads to members of the Sales Team as per the defined process.

* Ensure timely and accurate lead allocation.

* Monitor lead assignment and resolve discrepancies when required.

Sales Reporting & MIS

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

* Validate sales data and maintain accurate performance records.

* Compare targets against achievements and assist in generating sales performance dashboards.

* Support the Sales Growth Manager with meaningful sales insights and operational reports.

Sales Call Audits

* Conduct random audits of sales call recordings.

* Assess adherence to sales processes and communication standards.

* Share observations and feedback with the Sales Growth Manager to support continuous improvement.

Meeting Coordination

* Schedule and coordinate internal sales meetings.

* Prepare meeting agendas.

* Record Minutes of Meeting (MOM).

* Track action items and ensure timely follow-ups.

Sales Operations Support

* Coordinate with the Sales Team and the Sales Growth Manager to ensure smooth execution of daily sales activities.

* Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.

* 1–2 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, or a similar role.

* Freshers with excellent organizational skills and a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

* Strong organizational and coordination skills

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets

* Experience working with CRM systems

* Analytical and problem-solving mindset

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
