Job Description

Marketmize is hiring a dedicated Google Ads Specialist to join our office in Shyamnagar (Near Pincall), Kolkata. This is not a role for freshers or general digital marketers. We are looking for a performance-driven Google Ads expert who has hands-on experience managing Lead Generation and E-commerce Sales campaigns and can independently build, optimize, and scale profitable campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of practical Google Ads experience, be capable of managing 7–8 Google Ads accounts simultaneously, and have experience handling ₹3L+ monthly ad budgets. You must have a strong understanding of campaign optimization, conversion tracking, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and data analysis to consistently improve CPL, CPA, and ROAS.

Key Responsibilities

Manage 7–8 Google Ads accounts simultaneously.
Plan, launch, optimize, and scale Lead Generation and Sales campaigns.
Manage ₹3,00,000+ monthly Google Ads budgets.
Create and optimize Search, Performance Max, Display, Shopping, Demand Gen, YouTube, and Remarketing campaigns.
Perform keyword research, search term analysis, and negative keyword optimization.
Continuously optimize campaigns to improve CPA, CPL, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate, and Quality Score.
Independently set up and manage Google Ads Conversion Tracking, Enhanced Conversions, GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Consent Mode, and server-side tracking (preferred).
Implement accurate tracking for:
Lead Form Submissions
Phone Call Conversions
WhatsApp Click Tracking
Purchase & E-commerce Tracking
Custom Events
GA4 Event Tracking
Diagnose and fix conversion tracking issues across websites and landing pages.
Collaborate closely with the Content, Design, Development, and Landing Page teams to improve campaign performance.
Participate in discussions on ad copy, offers, landing page optimization, and CRO strategies.
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for scaling profitable campaigns.

Mandatory Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on Google Ads experience.
Proven experience running both Lead Generation and E-commerce Sales campaigns.
Experience managing ₹3L+ monthly Google Ads budgets.
Ability to handle 7–8 Google Ads accounts simultaneously.
Strong expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).

E-commerce Tracking
Custom Events
GA4 Event Tracking
Audience Creation & Remarketing
Strong understanding of attribution models, bidding strategies, conversion funnels, and campaign optimization.
Ability to troubleshoot tracking issues independently.
Experience working with Shopify, WordPress, or custom websites is an added advantage.

✅ We are looking only for a dedicated Google Ads Performance Marketing Expert who can independently manage campaigns, implement complete conversion tracking, optimize performance, and scale profitable Lead Generation and Sales campaigns.

Location Requirement

This is a full-time, office-based position.

Only candidates currently residing in Kolkata or anywhere in West Bengal should apply.

Salary & Growth Opportunity

Salary: ₹22,000 per month

After 6 months, salary will be reviewed based on campaign performance, technical expertise, ownership, and contribution. Outstanding performers will receive a performance-based salary hike along with long-term career growth opportunities at Marketmize.
