Job Description

Position: House Manager to the Promoter

Department: Chairman's Office / Administration

Reporting To: Promoter / Chairman / Managing Director

Location: Residence & Corporate Office (as required)

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, detail oriented and highly dependable House Manager to provide end to end operational support for the Promoter's residence while working closely with the Promoter and family members. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of household operations, coordinating with domestic staff and external vendors, maintaining exceptional service standards, and delivering a seamless living experience.

The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, a service oriented mindset, interpersonal abilities and the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

Household Operations

* Manage the day to day operations of the Promoter's residence, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.

* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, organization, and overall upkeep of the property.

* Conduct routine inspections to ensure all facilities and equipment are maintained in excellent condition.

* Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for household infrastructure and utilities.

* Ensure uninterrupted availability of all essential household services.

Household Staff Management

* Coordinate and supervise domestic staff, including housekeeping, kitchen staff, drivers, gardeners, caretakers, and security personnel.

* Prepare daily work schedules and allocate responsibilities effectively.

* Monitor staff attendance, discipline, grooming, and overall performance.

* Ensure adherence to established service standards and household protocols.

* Facilitate onboarding and training of new household staff, as required.

Vendor & Service Coordination

* Liaise with external vendors, contractors, maintenance agencies, and utility service providers.

* Schedule routine maintenance and oversee timely completion of work.

* Evaluate service quality and ensure adherence to agreed service standards.

* Verify invoices and coordinate with the concerned team for payment processing.

* Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.

Procurement & Inventory Management

* Plan and coordinate procurement of groceries, household essentials, cleaning supplies, guest amenities, and other operational requirements.

* Maintain inventory records and monitor stock levels.

* Ensure cost effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards.

* Minimize wastage through effective inventory planning and control.

Hospitality & Guest Relations

* Ensure exceptional hospitality arrangements for family members, guests, and visitors.

* Coordinate guest accommodation, refreshments, dining arrangements, and housekeeping requirements.

* Support the planning and execution of private gatherings, family events, and special occasions.

Promoter Coordination

* Work closely with the Promoter to understand daily priorities and operational requirements.

* Ensure timely execution of all assigned tasks with accuracy and discretion.

* Coordinate personal errands, appointments, deliveries, and household related requests.

* Anticipate requirements and proactively address operational needs.

* Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding personal, family, and business-related information.

Safety & Security

* Coordinate with security personnel to ensure adherence to security protocols.

* Monitor visitor access and ensure compliance with residence security procedures.

* Report safety concerns and coordinate immediate corrective actions whenever required.

* Support emergency preparedness and response activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

* Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

* Qualification in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Facility Management, or a related field will be an added advantage.

*6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in Hospitality, Hotel Operations, Housekeeping, Guest Relations, Executive Assistance, Facility Management, Luxury Residential Services, or similar service-oriented environments.

* Candidates with internship experience in premium hospitality establishments are encouraged to apply.

* Strict adherence to confidentiality, professionalism, and service excellence.
