Role: Area Sales Manager – New Car Finance
Grade: M5
Industry: NBFC
Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager

Job Purpose

The Area Sales Manager (ASM) will be responsible for driving New Car Finance business by managing and expanding the dealer network, leading a team of Relationship Managers/Sales Executives, and achieving business, profitability, and portfolio quality targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

Drive New Car Loan business across the assigned geography through automobile dealerships.
Develop and manage strong relationships with OEM dealers, dealer principals, and key stakeholders.
Lead, coach, and monitor a team of Relationship Managers/Sales Officers to achieve monthly business targets.
Identify new dealership tie-ups and expand market coverage.
Ensure healthy lead generation, customer acquisition, and loan disbursement.
Monitor productivity, conversion ratios, login-to-disbursement efficiency, and dealer performance.
Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, and Collections teams for smooth loan processing.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and audit requirements.
Monitor portfolio quality and support collection efforts to maintain delinquency within defined limits.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to improve market share.
Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, and business reviews for management.

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
