Job Description & Summary
Design, build, and unit ‑ test Finacle custom components, integrations, and reports aligned to functional/technical specs. Ensure performance, stability, and compliance across deposits, retail lending, and payments workflows. Collaborate with techno ‑ functional consultants, testers, and operations teams to deliver high ‑ quality releases and support SIT/UAT through go ‑ live.
Develop customizations, interfaces, and reports in line with approved TSD/FSD , following bank coding standards and secure coding practices.
Write efficient SQL/PL ‑ SQL (procedures, packages, views, triggers), perform query optimization, and manage data transformations/mappings.
Build and validate integrations with Finacle/adjacent systems via APIs (REST/SOAP), MQ, file/batch/ETL ; implement robust error handling, retries, and idempotency.
Prepare and execute unit tests with evidence; support SIT/UAT by fixing defects, creating test data, and validating edge cases (reversals, chargebacks/returns, reschedules, NPA tagging).
Experience with DevOps/CI ‑ CD , Git/SVN , and job schedulers; familiarity with Jira/Confluence and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
Years of Experience Required:
2–4 years of hands ‑ on development in Finacle (or equivalent core ‑ banking platform) across deposits/lending/payments.
