About this Role

We are seeking a recruitment professional to support Vodafone’s global youth talent programmes by managing candidate screening, stakeholder engagement, recruitment coordination, and data-driven hiring activities. This role offers the opportunity to work with international teams, enhance candidate experiences, contribute to recruitment innovation, and support continuous improvement initiatives that shape early careers hiring across multiple markets.

What you will do

Source and attract early careers talent for global youth programmes across Vodafone markets.
Manage the candidate journey from application through hiring, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.
Review and evaluate CVs, online assessments, and video applications against defined eligibility criteria.
Partner with local talent acquisition teams to coordinate assessment centres, candidate communications, and interview scheduling.
Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to discuss recruitment progress, hiring plans, and best practice recommendations.
Deliver recruitment reporting, talent insights, and workforce data to support informed hiring decisions.
Support the adoption of digital HR solutions, automation, artificial intelligence, and process optimisation initiatives.
Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and contribute to the development of global youth programmes.
Act as a subject matter resource for recruitment processes, systems, and programme knowledge.
Coordinate workload distribution and support effective collaboration within the team.
Manage candidate queries and recruitment-related escalations in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate candidate records and status updates within recruitment systems.

Who you are

Experience in recruitment, preferably within an international or global hiring environment.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and effectively.
Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate outcomes.
Proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
Ability to manage senior stakeholder escalations and provide practical solutions.
Experience screening candidate applications against defined eligibility criteria.
Knowledge of recruitment technologies such as SuccessFactors, HireVue, and Panorama.
Experience coordinating and facilitating assessment centres.
Ability to analyse recruitment data and prepare meaningful reports and insights.
Approximately 3 years of recruitment experience.
