We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Specialist with 5–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales to drive pipeline growth, manage client interactions, and contribute directly to revenue generation.

Identify, research, and qualify leads through outbound calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn networking.
Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and position XenonStack’s solutions effectively.
Nurture prospects through the sales funnel, providing product demos and responding to inquiries.
Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to refine go-to-market strategies.
Maintain accurate lead and pipeline information using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
Support account executives in driving deal closures and ensuring smooth client onboarding.
Track, analyze, and report sales performance metrics to optimize outreach strategies.
Build long-term relationships with prospects to create opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
Must-Have
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
4–6 years of inside sales experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, Cloud, or AI/Tech domains.
Strong command of the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing support.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales automation tools.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient in meeting sales targets.
Good-to-Have
Exposure to enterprise sales or account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or outreach automation tools.
Familiarity with AI, Cloud, or Data platforms to articulate product value propositions effectively.
Work Closely with Leadership – Partner with senior sales leaders on strategy and execution.
High-Impact Role – Contribute directly to pipeline growth and enterprise AI adoption.
