We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive business growth for our software solutions in the Indian Corporate Cab Market. The role involves lead generation, LinkedIn prospecting, cold email outreach, appointment setting, product demonstrations, and consultative sales. You will engage with key decision-makers including Managers, Directors, VPs, CXOs, COOs, CEOs, and Founders, delivering compelling presentations and showcasing the value of our SaaS platform. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, relationship building, and closing deals, with the ability to identify opportunities, nurture prospects, and convert them into long-term clients while contributing directly to the company's growth and success.

- 80% Client Meetings (Field Sales) | 20% Office Work
Required skills:
- Strong Sales, Business Development, and Client Acquisition skills.
- Good English and Hindi communication skills.
- Confident in conducting client meetings, presentations, and product demos.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to interact with Managers, Directors, CXOs, CEOs, and Founders.
- Lead Generation, Prospecting, and Follow-up expertise.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
- Strong presentation and consultative selling skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
- Ability to travel for client meetings and field visits.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and eagerness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, networking, and outbound outreach.
- Meet prospective clients and decision-makers to understand their business requirements and present suitable software solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and sales meetings with Managers, Directors, CXOs, CEOs, and Founders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Follow up regularly with prospects and nurture them through the sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly sales targets, revenue goals, and business development KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new growth opportunities.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings, events, and business interactions.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and activity summaries to management.
