Job Description
As the Manager, Integration Architecture & Strategy (P1), you will be a key leadership figure within global digital technologies. Reporting directly to the Global Integration Director, you will lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Senior Integration Solution Architects. You will partner closely with our diverse business segments to define our global integration strategy, transforming our integration team into highly respected domain experts who sit at the heart of our digital evolution.

- Lead, coach, and manage a global team of Senior Integration Solution Architects, fostering a high-performance culture grounded in collaboration and continuous learning.
- Drive talent development initiatives, creating clear career progression paths, managing performance, and identifying training opportunities in modern cloud integration trends.
- Nurture a culture of segment-aligned domain expertise within your team, ensuring that architects are not just technical specialists, but trusted advisors who deeply understand the unique business challenges of their assigned segments.
- Partner with segment CIOs, Business Partners, and Digital Product owners across Snacking, Food, Petcare, and MGS to align the global integration strategy with distinct business strategies.
- Work under the guidance of the Global Integration Director to define the 3-to-5-year global integration roadmap, balancing immediate delivery needs with long-term technological evolution.
- Champion the adoption of API-Led Connectivity and Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) across all business units, enabling agility and real-time business visibility.
- Establish and enforce global integration standards, reference architectures, and design patterns across our core technology stack:
MuleSoft Anypoint Platform: Oversee global API portfolios, tenant models, and governance models for API-led enablement.
Azure Integration Services (Azure IS): Drive cloud-native workflow strategies utilizing Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Event Grid.
SAP BTP Integration Suite (SAP BTP IS): Govern core enterprise ERP integration capabilities (S/4HANA to cloud/LOB applications).
Solace PubSub+: Lead the expansion of our global Event Mesh network, driving real-time asynchronous streaming across supply chains and factories.
OpenText: Oversee standard B2B/EDI transaction systems, driving modern managed integration services for global retail and supply chain partners.
- Run the Integration Design Authority (IDA), reviewing and approving complex, high-impact architectural blueprints to ensure compliance, scalability, and security.
- MuleSoft Anypoint Platform: Oversee global API portfolios, tenant models, and governance models for API-led enablement.
- Azure Integration Services (Azure IS): Drive cloud-native workflow strategies utilizing Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Event Grid.
- SAP BTP Integration Suite (SAP BTP IS): Govern core enterprise ERP integration capabilities (S/4HANA to cloud/LOB applications).
- Solace PubSub+: Lead the expansion of our global Event Mesh network, driving real-time asynchronous streaming across supply chains and factories.
- OpenText: Oversee standard B2B/EDI transaction systems, driving modern managed integration services for global retail and supply chain partners.
- Act as a key liaison, reporting strategy progress, operational metrics, and delivery milestones to the Global Integration Director.
- Partner with third-party vendors, system integrators (e.g., Genpact), and product vendors to negotiate contracts, manage delivery quality, and optimize software/licensing costs.
- Partner with global cybersecurity, compliance, and data privacy officers to ensure all integrations are secure, standardized, and fully compliant with international regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
- People Management Experience: Minimum 5+ years of direct people leadership experience, managing highly technical resources, integration architects, or engineering teams in a matrixed global environment.
- Strategic Capability: Proven track record of defining technical roadmaps, formulating long-term strategy, and presenting architectural directions to senior business stakeholders.
- CPG/FMCG Sector Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience working within a global Consumer Packaged Goods, retail, or manufacturing enterprise.
- Segment Domain Knowledge: Deep familiarity with core business processes in a global CPG/FMCG setup, including:
Order-to-Cash (O2C): Retail POS, customer ordering, invoicing, and distributor integrations.
Procure-to-Pay (P2P): Supplier integrations and purchasing networks.
Supply Chain & Manufacturing: Logistics execution, 3PL/4PL networks, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and factory-to-core system telemetry.
- Order-to-Cash (O2C): Retail POS, customer ordering, invoicing, and distributor integrations.
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P): Supplier integrations and purchasing networks.
- Supply Chain & Manufacturing: Logistics execution, 3PL/4PL networks, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and factory-to-core system telemetry.
- Strong conceptual and governance-level understanding of:
iPaaS & API Management (MuleSoft, Azure APIM, SAP BTP IS).
Event-Driven Architecture & Message Brokers (Solace PubSub+, Azure Service Bus/Event Grid).
Enterprise ERP Landscapes (SAP S/4HANA/ECC).
B2B/EDI Platforms (OpenText/GXS, EDIFACT, ANSI X12, AS2).

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Leadership, Agile, or IT Governance certifications (e.g., TOGAF, ITIL, Safe/Agile) are highly preferred.
- Technology platform certifications (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect, Azure Solution Architect, SAP BTP, Solace) are a strong advantage.
