Job Description

Job Summary

The Telecaller is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, guiding patients and their families, scheduling appointments, following up on enquiries, and ensuring an excellent patient experience. The role requires empathy, strong communication skills, and the ability to convert enquiries into hospital visits and admissions.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound patient calls professionally.
Explain hospital services, doctors, treatments, and available facilities.
Schedule OPD appointments and coordinate with relevant departments.
Follow up with enquiry leads through calls and WhatsApp.
Convert enquiries into OPD visits, admissions, and treatment bookings.
Answer patient queries accurately and escalate complex clinical questions to the appropriate team.
Maintain complete and accurate patient records in the CRM.
Follow up with missed appointments and inactive leads.
Coordinate with Patient Care Managers and hospital teams for seamless patient support.
Achieve daily call, follow-up, and conversion targets.
Maintain patient confidentiality and follow hospital policies.

Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare background preferred).
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Experience

1–3 years in telecalling, customer support, healthcare, hospital, BPO, or patient counselling.
Experience in hospitals or healthcare will be an added advantage.

Skills Required

Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English is an advantage).
Polite, empathetic, and patient-focused approach.
Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills.
Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Ability to work under targets and maintain accurate records.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Number of outbound and inbound calls handled.
Lead-to-appointment conversion rate.
Appointment-to-visit conversion rate.
Follow-up completion rate.
Patient satisfaction and feedback.
CRM data accuracy and timely updates.
Achievement of daily and monthly targets.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
