We are seeking a GL29 Enterprise Print Architect to lead the technical architecture, modernization strategy, and future-state design for enterprise print services. This role will provide architecture leadership across cloud-based print management, secure print capabilities, endpoint integration, vendor platforms, infrastructure dependencies, and operational support models. The ideal candidate will bring solid enterprise architecture experience and the ability to translate business, security, operational, and technology requirements into scalable, secure, and sustainable solutions.
Primary Responsibilities:

Lead the design and evolution of enterprise print architecture, including cloud-based print management, secure print release, direct print, endpoint integration, and related infrastructure capabilities

Develop future-state architecture, technical roadmaps, standards, reference designs, and implementation patterns that align with enterprise technology, security, and operational strategies

Partner with engineering, operations, security, network, endpoint, identity, vendor, and business teams to evaluate requirements, resolve dependencies, and guide solution decisions

Assess current-state print platforms, infrastructure, integrations, and support processes to identify modernization, automation, resiliency, cost optimization, and risk reduction opportunities

Provide technical leadership for large-scale migrations, acquired entity integrations, cloud transitions, vendor platform implementations, and print service expansion initiatives

Evaluate vendor technologies and platform capabilities, including SaaS print management solutions, endpoint tools, APIs, reporting, monitoring, security controls, and automation opportunities

Create and maintain architecture artifacts, decision records, technical documentation, diagrams, standards, and governance materials

Influence technical direction across cross-functional teams and communicate complex architecture topics clearly to technical teams, business partners, and senior leaders

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

8+ years of experience in enterprise, solution, infrastructure, platform, or systems architecture

5+ years of experience designing, implementing, or supporting large-scale enterprise technology solutions

Experience developing technology roadmaps, architecture standards, future-state solution designs, and technical decision recommendations

Experience collaborating with engineering, security, operations, vendor, and business stakeholders in a complex enterprise environment

Experience evaluating vendor solutions, comparing technical capabilities, and supporting technology selection decisions

Solid knowledge of cloud, infrastructure, networking, identity, security, endpoint management, and enterprise platform technologies

Demonstrated solid written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with enterprise print technologies such as PrinterLogic, Pharos, HP WebJet Admin, Zebra print management, or equivalent platforms

Experience with Microsoft technologies including Azure, Entra ID, Intune, MECM/SCCM, Windows endpoint management, and related identity or device management capabilities

Experience with SaaS platforms, APIs, integrations, automation, monitoring, reporting, and operational analytics

Experience working in large, complex, highly regulated enterprise environments; healthcare technology experience

Experience supporting technical governance, architecture review processes, security reviews, risk assessments, and standards development

Experience designing resilient, scalable, secure, and supportable technology services across geographically distributed locations
