Full job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and dynamic Chartered Accountant (CA) with a valid Certificate of Practice (COP) to manage the company's finance, accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, audits, and financial reporting. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, preparing CMA reports, handling statutory audits, and providing strategic financial guidance to management.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Handle Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Tax Audit, and GST Audit.
Prepare and submit CMA Data/CMA Reports for bank loan proposals, credit facilities, and financial institutions.
Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other statutory compliances.
Ensure timely filing of all statutory returns and regulatory documents.
Liaise with statutory auditors, internal auditors, bankers, consultants, and government authorities.
Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, MIS reports, and cash flow statements.
Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and general ledger.
Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations for cost optimization and business growth.
Develop and strengthen internal financial controls and compliance processes.
Support management in financial planning, project financing, and business decision-making.
Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST Act, and other applicable regulations.
Coordinate with banks for working capital limits, term loans, documentation, and financial reporting.
Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure timely month-end and year-end closures.

Required Qualifications:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
Valid Certificate of Practice (COP) is mandatory.
3–8 years of relevant post-qualification experience (preferred).
Experience in statutory audits, taxation, financial reporting, and CMA report preparation.
Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act, and Accounting Standards.
Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel (Advanced), ERP/SAP (preferred).

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
