Job Description – Lead Generation Executive (IT Services)

Position

Lead Generation Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our growing Business Development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in identifying and engaging potential clients for IT services through outbound prospecting. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, building a healthy sales pipeline, and scheduling meetings for the Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and research potential B2B clients across domestic & international markets.
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Clutch, company databases, and other prospecting platforms.
Execute outbound lead generation campaigns through cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and follow-ups.
Qualify prospects by understanding their business requirements, decision-making process, budget, and project timelines.
Schedule discovery calls and meetings for the Business Development/Sales team.
Maintain accurate prospect information, activities, and pipeline updates in CRM platforms.
Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead quality and campaign performance.
Consistently achieve monthly lead generation, meeting, and activity targets.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
1–2 Years of experience in Lead Generation, Inside Sales, or Business Development within an IT services or software development company.
Preferred: Candidates with knowledge of IT services such as Custom Software Development, Web & Mobile App Development, Cloud Solutions, SaaS, AI/ML, or Digital Transformation.
Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Lusha, ZoomInfo, or similar lead generation tools.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong research, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of managing multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

Experience generating leads for domestic & international markets.
Familiarity with email automation and sales engagement tools.
Ability to analyze outreach performance and optimize campaigns based on data.
