Senior Service Technician (Commercial Vehicles)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Senior Service Technician for Commercial Vehicles to handle diagnosis, repair, maintenance, and technical support for heavy and light commercial vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair commercial vehicles efficiently.
Handle engine, gearbox, clutch, brake, suspension, and electrical repairs.
Perform preventive maintenance and vehicle inspections.
Use diagnostic tools for troubleshooting vehicle issues.
Attend breakdown service support when required.
Ensure timely completion of service jobs.
Guide and support junior technicians in workshop activities.
Maintain workshop safety and service quality standards.
Coordinate with spare parts team for required materials.
Conduct final inspection and road test after repairs.

Requirements:

ITI / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 3–7 years experience in Commercial Vehicle Service.
Experience in Ashok Leyland / Mahindra Commercial vehicles preferred.
Strong knowledge in BS6 vehicles and diagnostics.
Good troubleshooting and technical skills.
