Key Responsibilities

Provide Onsite / Field support for Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Servers and Network devices under AMC.
Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware.
Diagnose and resolve hardware issues (motherboard, RAM, HDD/SSD, SMPS, etc.).
Handle break-fix support and component replacement.
Coordinate with vendors for warranty and spare part management.
Maintain AMC asset inventory and service records.
Ensure preventive maintenance (PM) is carried out as per schedule.
Support basic network troubleshooting (LAN, connectivity issues).
Install and troubleshoot OS (Windows/Linux) and standard applications.
Maintain proper documentation and service reports after each visit.
Adhere to defined SLA and TAT for issue resolution.
Provide user support and basic IT guidance to end-users.

Skills & Requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
