HIRING - MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Position - Marketing Executive
Location: Cuttack, Odisha

Industry: Healthcare / Hospital
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Develop relationships with doctors, clinics, nursing homes, hospitals, diagnostic centres, corporates and institutions.
Generate and follow up on doctor/referral leads to increase OPD, diagnostics and hospital admissions.
Conduct regular field visits across Cuttack and surrounding areas to develop referral networks and drive patient acquisition.
Develop corporate, institutional and community tie-ups for health camps, health check-ups and preventive healthcare programmes.
Plan and coordinate medical camps, awareness programmes and community outreach activities.
Promote hospital services, specialist consultations, diagnostics, surgeries and health packages.
Generate leads, follow up with prospects and convert enquiries into patient visits and admissions.
Track local market and competitor activities and maintain a database of referral sources.
Achieve assigned monthly business and activity targets and submit regular field/MIS reports.

Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Marketing/Healthcare Management/Hospital Administration preferred.
2–5 years of experience in hospital/healthcare marketing, diagnostics, pharmaceutical sales or related fields.
Strong local market knowledge and healthcare connections in Cuttack and nearby areas will be preferred.

Requirements

Two-wheeler & valid driving licence mandatory.
Willingness to undertake extensive field visits.
Target-oriented, proactive and strong in relationship building.
Candidates with existing doctor, nursing home, clinic, corporate or institutional contacts will be preferred.
