Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polite and professional demeanor.
Technical Literacy: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with multi-line phone systems or office software.
Soft Skills: Strong multitasking ability, patience, active listening, and effective problem-solving skills
