Job description:

SwissIQ is a new premium watch strap and band brand — Swiss-sourced material, built for owners of Rolex, Omega, Cartier, Tudor, Grand Seiko and Seiko. The category is dominated by a handful of global players; almost none of them are producing modern, fast, AI-assisted creative, and several run no paid advertising at all. That is the gap we intend to walk into.

This is a founding-team creative hire. The person in this seat will produce a very large share of everything the public ever sees of this brand — the website, the product films, the ads, the Instagram grid, the reels. There is no existing creative team to inherit work from and no legacy style guide to follow. You will help build both.

We are looking for a creative generalist who is genuinely AI-native — someone who uses Runway, Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, Flux and Nano Banana as a daily production stack, not as a novelty.

What you will own

Video & motion —

4–8 short-form videos per week for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and Meta ads, 8 to 30 seconds
AI-generated product films: strap in motion, water, light play, texture close-ups, wrist-shot sequences
Paid ad creative: hook variations, static-to-motion, UGC-style edits, comparison formats
Voiceover and sound design using ElevenLabs and licensed audio

Image & rendering —

Product photography retouching and AI enhancement — colour, texture, edge and reflection cleanup
AI-generated lifestyle imagery where physical shoots are not economical
Watch-and-strap composites across dozens of watch references
Product page imagery, size and fitment diagrams, packaging mockups

UX/UI & web —

Design and iterate the Shopify storefront: home, collection, product and per-watch-reference landing pages
Landing pages for paid campaigns, built to convert
Mobile-first every time
Email and lifecycle design (Klaviyo templates)

Brand & graphic design —

Apply and extend the brand identity: typography, colour, layout systems, iconography
Packaging, inserts, warranty cards, care instructions
Marketplace and trade assets, occasional print

Required skills

AI video: demonstrable command of at least two of Runway, Higgsfield, Kling, Veo, Sora, Luma. You must be able to explain your prompting approach and show iterations, not just finished clips.
AI image: Midjourney, Flux, Nano Banana / Gemini image or equivalent, plus the retouching skill to fix what AI gets wrong
AI audio: ElevenLabs for voiceover and sound; basic music selection and sync
Adobe: Photoshop and Premiere Pro at a production standard
Design: Figma — component-based UI design, prototypes, developer handoff
Editing craft: pacing, cuts on beat, hook construction in the first 1.5 seconds, caption and text animation, correct export specs per platform
Formats: confident switching between 9:16, 1:1, 4:5 and 16:9 without redoing the work each time

Strongly preferred

After Effects · Canva, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve · Shopify design experience · basic 3D (Blender, Spline) · colour grading and LUT work · having shot and lit product yourself, even on a phone

What matters more than software

An eye for luxury — you can tell why one watch image reads as ₹8,000 and another reads as ₹80,000. Volume without decay — you can ship six pieces a week that all hold the standard. You take direction on brand, and argue back on craft.

Qualifications

1–3 years in a D2C brand, agency, content studio, or as a serious freelancer
A portfolio is mandatory. No portfolio, no interview. Behance, personal site, Drive folder or Instagram are all acceptable.
Formal design education welcome but not required — self-taught candidates with a strong portfolio are treated identically
