Human Resources (HR) Executive

Job Summary

The Human Resources (HR) Executive is responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll support, employee engagement, performance monitoring, compliance, and administrative coordination. The HR Executive ensures smooth HR operations across all branches while maintaining a professional, disciplined, and positive work environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Hiring

Source and screen candidates for teaching and non-teaching positions.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads.
Conduct initial HR interviews and maintain candidate records.
Prepare offer letters and appointment letters.

Onboarding & Training

Complete employee documentation and verification.
Conduct induction and orientation for new employees.
Coordinate training programs for Admins, Faculty, and Support Staff.
Monitor employee progress during the probation period.

Attendance & Payroll

Maintain daily attendance records.
Verify leave, late arrivals, and absenteeism.
Prepare salary inputs and assist with payroll processing.
Maintain employee leave records.

Performance Management

Monitor employee performance and discipline.
Conduct regular performance reviews.
Prepare warning letters, appreciation letters, and performance reports.
Coordinate meetings with employees regarding performance improvement.

HR Administration

Maintain employee files and HR records.
Ensure all employee documents are updated.
Prepare HR reports for management.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Employee Relations

Address employee concerns professionally.
Promote a positive work culture.
Resolve workplace conflicts in coordination with management.
Organize employee engagement activities.

Compliance

Ensure adherence to company policies and HR procedures.
Support statutory compliance and documentation.
Maintain accurate employment records.

Branch Coordination

Coordinate HR activities across all branches.
Follow up with Branch Admins regarding staffing, attendance, and reporting.
Ensure timely submission of HR-related reports.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
1–3 years of HR experience (experience in the education sector is an advantage).

Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Recruitment and interview coordination.
Knowledge of payroll and attendance management.
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Report writing and documentation.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
