Front Desk / Receptionist / Executive Assistant

Location: Mohali, Punjab
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 0–2 Years

About the Role

We are looking for a professional, organized, and confident Front Desk / Receptionist / Executive Assistant to manage front-office operations and provide administrative support to management.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and candidates professionally.
Handle incoming calls, messages, and basic correspondence.
Manage the reception area and maintain a professional environment.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and visitor schedules.
Assist the management/CEO with daily administrative tasks.
Maintain records, documents, and office-related information.
Coordinate with different departments when required.
Support interview scheduling and candidate coordination.
Handle emails and basic office communication.
Manage day-to-day front-desk and administrative activities.
Maintain confidentiality of company and management information.

Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional and presentable personality.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities efficiently.
Fluent in English and Hindi; Punjabi is a plus.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
