Leading the production Section Incharges to assure the safe, qualitative and quantitative production targets including Zero Incident, assuring Zero Defects, OTD >98% per agreed time to time production plan(s) and schedules, 100% Inventory accounting and reconciliation. Leading Tooling & Fixture Incharges to assure supply of Tools & Fixture to Production line.

Job Description

Assure Machine loading & Scheduling as per the PPC / MRP Demand Requirements
Assure Achieving Qualitative & Quantitative production per Customer OTD targets
Assure Tooling Availability & Cost per Component met with targets
Assure Required Setters and Operators availability and attendance regulation
Assuring to Meet Agreed OEE Target through Monitoring, Initiating actions and follow-up and Reporting the impacts
Ensure and report WIP Inventory Quality and Accuracy (Perpetual and Physical Count Cycle)
Ensure Customer Order On Time Delivery as per Original Promise
Assure Fixture Availability & Preventive Maintenance activity in progress
Collaborate and Lead Peers and Subpeers Viz. PPC, SALES, Engineering, Quality to identify Production Risk and Mitigate
Mentor Kaizen (Safety, People, Skill, Talent, Process, Quality, Setup Change, Tool Cost and etc.,)
Leading, Driving, ensuring Quality Management System and Customer Specific Compliances
Communicate Performance, Progress, effectiveness and People Engagement Actions - MIS

Key Result Areas

On Time Deliveries to customers – 30%
Rejection / Rework Reduction and control – 30%
Tooling & Consumable Cost Reduction & Control – 30%
Zero Customer Complaint – 10%

Key Skills

Technical & Professional Knowledge required: High Mix Low Volume Machining parts production and Processes
Experience required: 10 ~ 15 Years
Personal Attributes required: Communication, Leadership, Problem Solving, Critical Thinking, Organisation
Domain / Functional skills required: CNC Turning, Milling, Grinding, etc., Production Scheduling, Machine Loading
