We are looking for an experienced and responsible Team Lead Manager to manage our team, monitor daily operations, improve team performance, and ensure smooth coordination between employees, clients, and management.

Job Summary

The Team Lead Manager will be responsible for leading and supervising the team, assigning daily responsibilities, monitoring performance, handling escalations, and ensuring that team members achieve their operational and business targets.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and people-management skills, with the ability to manage a fast-paced healthcare service environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and manage the assigned team on a daily basis
Allocate tasks and responsibilities to team members based on workload and requirements
Monitor daily team performance and productivity
Set team goals and ensure targets are achieved within the required timelines
Conduct regular team meetings and provide clear instructions and updates
Track attendance, punctuality, leave, and overall team discipline
Monitor employee performance and provide regular feedback
Identify performance gaps and take corrective action when required
Train, guide, and motivate team members to improve their skills and productivity
Handle employee concerns, conflicts, and workplace issues professionally
Coordinate with HR regarding recruitment, onboarding, attendance, performance, and employee-related matters
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery
Monitor client requirements and ensure timely communication with the concerned team
Handle customer escalations and coordinate with relevant departments for quick resolution
Ensure proper follow-up on pending tasks, leads, customer requirements, and service requests
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly team performance reports
Maintain accurate records of team activities, targets, follow-ups, and outcomes
Ensure employees follow company policies, procedures, and professional standards
Identify opportunities to improve team productivity and operational efficiency
Support management in implementing new processes, systems, and company initiatives
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information

Requirements

Minimum qualification: Any Degree
Previous experience in team handling, operations, sales, customer service, administration, or management is preferred
Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience preferred
Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English
Strong leadership and people-management skills
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, email, and basic reporting
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Positive, responsible, and professional attitude
Willingness to take ownership and accountability for team performance

Preferred Skills

Previous experience managing a team of 5–20+ employees
Experience in healthcare, home healthcare, hospital, customer service, sales, or operations is an advantage
Experience with CRM, HRMS, or team management software
Strong conflict-resolution and escalation-management skills
Ability to motivate and develop team members
Strong reporting and analytical skills
Ability to coordinate effectively between multiple departments
Target-oriented and result-driven approach
