About the Role
iFieldSmart AI is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Marketing Executive who will work directly with the Marketing Manager to execute marketing initiatives across products, campaigns, content, websites, sales enablement, and creative projects.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys learning products in depth, coordinating across teams, creating marketing assets, and ensuring marketing activities move from idea to execution efficiently.
You will become a key link between Product, Marketing, Sales, Design, Video Production, Web Development, and External Agencies—helping ensure that every marketing asset accurately represents our products and supports business growth.
Over time, this role will evolve into a broader product marketing and campaign management position with increasing ownership and responsibility.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Knowledge & Product Marketing Support
· Learn iFieldSmart AI products, features, workflows, customer use cases, and value propositions in detail.
· Work closely with Product, Development, and Leadership teams to understand new features and updates.
· Ensure marketing messaging accurately reflects product functionality and customer benefits.
· Review marketing assets for accuracy, consistency, and clarity before publication.
· Assist in creating product positioning, feature messaging, and customer-focused content.
Campaign Execution & Marketing Operations
· Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
· Collaborate with marketing leadership on campaign research, messaging, and execution.
· Coordinate campaign deliverables across content, design, video, web, and paid advertising teams.
· Assist in managing campaign timelines, tasks, approvals, and launch schedules.
· Monitor project status and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
Content & Website Support
· Work with content writers and marketing teams to develop:
o Website content
o Landing page content
o Product pages
o Email campaigns
o Social media content
o Sales enablement materials
· Research competitors, customer pain points, industry trends, and market opportunities.
· Support content reviews to maintain consistency and accuracy.
Creative & Asset Development
· Create and update marketing assets including:
o Sales presentations and pitch decks
o Product brochures
o One-pagers
o Postcards
o Case studies
o Product guides
o Event materials
· Use Canva and similar tools to create or update marketing materials.
· Prepare briefs and coordinate with graphic designers and creative teams.
Video & Multimedia Coordination
· Coordinate with video editors and creative teams for:
o Product demo videos
o Marketing videos
o Tutorial videos
o Social media videos
· Assist with scripting, storyboarding, content planning, and review processes.
· Ensure video content aligns with product messaging and campaign objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Act as a communication bridge between:
o Marketing
o Product
o Sales
o Design
o Development
o External vendors and agencies
· Track feedback, revisions, approvals, and project progress.
· Follow up proactively to keep projects moving efficiently.
AI & Productivity Tools
· Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and other platforms to improve research, content creation, planning, and workflow efficiency.
· Identify opportunities to streamline marketing processes using AI and automation tools.
What We're Looking For
· 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Content Marketing, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, or related roles.
· Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to learn technical products and translate them into customer-friendly messaging.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Self-motivated and proactive mindset.
· Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
· Experience with Canva, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and productivity tools.
Preferred Skills
· Experience working in B2B SaaS, AI, Technology, or Software companies.
· Familiarity with website content creation and landing page development.
· Understanding of social media marketing and content planning.
· Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
· Experience coordinating with designers, developers, video editors, or agencies.
· Familiarity with marketing automation and AI-powered productivity tools.
