As we continue to expand our presence in the AI and automation space, we are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to build and strengthen our brand presence across digital platforms.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager who can develop and execute a strong social media strategy for an AI-focused technology company.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong content and storytelling abilities, a good understanding of social media trends, and the ability to simplify complex AI and automation concepts into engaging content for a business audience.
The candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence, developing content strategies, increasing brand awareness, and generating meaningful engagement and leads from primarily US-based audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Manage the company's social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
- Create and maintain a structured social media content calendar.
- Develop engaging content including posts, carousels, short-form videos, reels, articles, and other relevant formats.
- Research and create content around AI, automation, technology, business transformation, and industry trends.
- Translate complex AI concepts into simple, engaging, and business-focused content.
- Develop content specifically targeted toward US-based businesses and decision-makers.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, emerging technologies, and relevant conversations.
- Identify opportunities to increase organic reach, engagement, and brand visibility.
- Work closely with the sales, business development, and technical teams to develop content that supports lead generation.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare regular reports covering reach, engagement, audience growth, and lead generation.
- Continuously test and optimize content formats, messaging, posting schedules, and campaigns.
- Maintain consistent brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and other internal teams to produce high-quality content.
- Stay updated with evolving social media algorithms, trends, formats, and best practices.
AI & Technology Knowledge
Since we are an AI Automation company, familiarity with AI is highly preferred.
The candidate should have a good understanding of:
- Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI.
- AI automation and business process automation.
- AI agents and AI-powered workflows.
- Large Language Models (LLMs) and their business applications.
- Current AI tools and trends.
- How businesses can use AI to improve productivity and efficiency.
The ability to research, understand, and communicate AI-related topics accurately is an important part of this role.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 3–6 years of professional experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for a technology, SaaS, IT, AI, or B2B company.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Strong content writing, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
- Ability to create content that is professional, engaging, and relevant to a US-based audience.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to independently research topics and develop original content ideas.
- Strong understanding of current social media trends and content formats.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing social media for a US-focused or international company.
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, AI, automation, technology, or IT services.
- Experience building a company's LinkedIn presence and personal/professional brand.
- Experience with LinkedIn marketing and lead-generation strategies.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools.
- Experience using social media management and analytics platforms.
- Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing.
- Experience creating or managing short-form video content.
Location Requirement
This position is strictly based in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
Candidates must currently reside in Jaipur or be willing to relocate to Jaipur prior to joining. This is an on-site position from our Jaipur office.
