COLLECTION OFFICER

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for managing the collections process for the allocated pool and area
Proactively manage overdue accounts and achieve weekly/monthly collection targets
Conduct field visits, negotiate repayment, and ensure PTP adherence.
Ensure timely sale of mortgaged properties for hard-bucket cases.
Ensure all recovery actions adhere to legal, RBI regulations, and ethical guidelines
Achieve target collections of charges and late payment penalties from customers
To maintain data for administrative work related to collection such as updating delinquent account history, providing and maintaining MIS report, reviewing collection feedback regularly.
