Front Office Executive | Premium Boutique Fitness Studio

Location: Hyderabad & Bangalore (Onsite)
Experience: 0–3 Years
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)

We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and service-oriented Front Office Executive to be the face of our studio. If you enjoy interacting with people, thrive in a customer-centric environment, and take pride in delivering exceptional service, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for members, prospective clients, and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
Deliver an exceptional member experience by providing personalized assistance and maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
Manage front desk operations, including member check-ins, visitor registrations, appointments, and daily administrative activities.
Handle incoming calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and walk-in enquiries promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate information regarding memberships, fitness programs, studio services, promotions, and policies.
Support the Sales team by scheduling consultations, following up with prospective members, and assisting with membership enrollments.
Coordinate trainer schedules, class bookings, and studio appointments to ensure seamless daily operations.
Maintain accurate member records, attendance logs, CRM data, and administrative documentation.
Process membership payments, invoices, receipts, and related transactions with accuracy.
Resolve member queries professionally and escalate concerns when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain the reception area and studio environment in accordance with Beatbox Fitness' premium brand standards.
Assist in organizing studio events, member engagement activities, referral programs, and promotional campaigns.
Collaborate with trainers and studio operations to ensure a consistent, premium experience for every member.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, premium customer service environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
0–3 years of experience in Front Office, Reception, Customer Service, Hospitality, Aviation, Retail, Wellness, Healthcare, or Fitness industries.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset are encouraged to apply.
Experience with CRM software, membership management systems, or POS applications is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹8,865.35 - ₹25,091.44 per month
