Believable Vision Solutions Pvt Ltd is a Dehradun-based marketing and ecommerce services agency helping brands grow through data-driven digital strategies. We work across industries to deliver measurable results for our clients through paid media, creative campaigns, and ecommerce optimization.

Role Overview

We're looking for a sharp, data-driven Performance Marketer who can plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms to drive measurable ROI for our clients. You'll own the entire paid media funnel — from strategy and ad creation to budget management and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube), and other platforms as needed.
Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and GA4.
Conduct audience research, A/B test creatives and copy, and continuously optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, CTR, and other KPIs.
Manage client ad budgets effectively and provide clear spend-vs-performance analysis.
Build and optimize ecommerce campaigns including product feed management, shopping ads, and catalog sales.
Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights for clients and internal stakeholders.
Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, new ad formats, and industry best practices.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Proven track record of managing and scaling campaigns with demonstrable ROI.
Strong understanding of funnel-based marketing, audience segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
Proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
Experience managing substantial monthly ad budgets and scaling campaigns profitably.
Good analytical skills with a comfort for numbers, spreadsheets, and dashboards.
Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar) is a plus.
Knowledge of SEO basics and organic growth strategies is a bonus.
Strong communication skills — ability to present campaign results to clients clearly.

Good to Have

Experience with other ad platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, or Programmatic.
Hands-on experience with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for landing page tweaks.
Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification.
Experience leading or mentoring junior marketers.
