Full job description

Engagement: Freelance / Contract / Consulting
Work Mode: Remote
Experience: 2+ years preferred

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimise lead-generation campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Develop targeted paid advertising strategies for BIEDX courses, fellowships, workshops, and educational programs.
Conduct audience research, campaign targeting, retargeting, A/B testing, and conversion optimisation.
Manage and optimise advertising budgets with a focus on lead quality, CPL, conversion rate, CPA, and ROI/ROAS.
Develop and implement an effective SEO strategy to improve BIEDX's organic visibility, website traffic, and course enquiries.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, on-page SEO, content optimisation, internal linking, and other relevant SEO activities.
Analyse the complete lead funnel from ad/search → landing page → enquiry → follow-up → enrolment and identify opportunities to improve conversions.
Set up and monitor tracking and analytics using tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, and LinkedIn Insight Tag.
Provide regular performance reports with clear insights, metrics, and recommendations.
Work closely with the BIEDX management, business development, design, and content teams to align marketing campaigns with business objectives.
Continuously identify new opportunities to improve lead generation and reduce acquisition costs.

Required Experience & Skills

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, lead generation, or a related field.
Strong practical experience with:
Google Ads
Meta Ads / Facebook Ads / Instagram Ads
LinkedIn Ads
SEO
Lead-generation campaigns
Conversion and funnel optimisation
Strong understanding of audience targeting, remarketing, campaign optimisation, and performance analytics.
Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, or similar analytics tools.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Ability to independently plan, execute, monitor, and optimise campaigns.

Proven Track Record – Mandatory

We are looking for someone with demonstrable hands-on experience and measurable results, rather than someone with only theoretical knowledge or certifications.

The candidate should be able to:

Demonstrate previous work with established organisations, recognised brands, or credible businesses.
Share relevant case studies, campaign examples, portfolio work, dashboards, screenshots, or anonymised reports.
Provide measurable results from previous campaigns, such as leads generated, CPL, CPA, conversion rates, ROAS, traffic growth, ranking improvements, or revenue/enrolment growth.
Explain the strategy used, advertising platforms and budgets managed, target audience, and measurable outcomes achieved.
Provide references or verifiable examples of previous work where appropriate.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in any of the following will be an advantage:

Healthcare or medical education
EdTech or professional education
B2B/B2C lead generation
International digital marketing
Marketing to doctors, healthcare professionals, or other specialised professional audiences
Landing-page and conversion-rate optimisation
CRM and lead-management systems

We are looking for a results-driven performance marketing professional who can take ownership of BIEDX's digital acquisition efforts, generate qualified leads, analyse performance, and continuously improve campaign results.

The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate what they have achieved, how they achieved it, and the measurable impact of their work.
