ITI Fresher – Electrician / Welder / Turner

Department: Production
Location: Bhiwandi, Thane, Maharashtra
Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year
Qualification: ITI – Electrician / Welder / Turner

Job Summary

We are hiring ITI Freshers for our Production Department. Candidates will get hands-on experience in manufacturing, fabrication, machine operations, and production activities under the guidance of experienced supervisors and engineers.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Production team in daily manufacturing activities.
Work as per production drawings, instructions, and quality standards.
Handle tools, machines, and equipment as per the respective trade.
Support senior technicians and production supervisors.
Maintain proper housekeeping and follow 5S practices.
Follow all safety rules and use required PPE.
Report machine or production issues to the supervisor.
Complete assigned work within the required timeline.

Trade-Wise Requirements

Electrician

Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and connections.
Assist in machine electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
Follow electrical safety procedures.

Welder

Basic knowledge of welding and fabrication.
Assist in MIG/CO₂/Arc welding activities.
Handle welding tools and equipment safely.

Turner

Basic knowledge of lathe machine operations.
Understanding of basic measurements and engineering drawings.
Assist in turning, drilling, and machining activities.

Skills Required

Basic knowledge of respective ITI trade.
Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
Good discipline, punctuality, and teamwork.
Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
Positive attitude towards work.

Eligibility

ITI qualification in Electrician / Welder / Turner trade.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates willing to work in Bhiwandi are preferred.
