Shift : 07:00 PM - 04:00 AM

About the Role

We are looking for confident, energetic, and target-oriented individuals to join our US IT Staffing & Candidate Acquisition Team.

The primary responsibility of this role is to connect and communicate with IT professionals in the USA, understand their current career situation, introduce our staffing and career-support services, and identify candidates who are interested in working with us..

You will communicate with professionals including U.S. Citizens, Green Card holders, OPT/STEM OPT candidates, EAD holders, and other eligible IT professionals and explain how our services can assist them with their career and employment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Identify IT professionals in the USA through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, databases, and other online platforms.
Initiate conversations with potential candidates through LinkedIn, phone calls, email, and other professional communication channels.
Build rapport with candidates and understand their current employment and job-search situation.
Professionally introduce and explain the company's IT staffing, recruitment, and career-support services.
Communicate with candidates who may be actively looking for new employment, contract opportunities, projects, or career assistance.
Answer basic questions regarding our services and maintain professional communication throughout the conversation.
Identify candidates who show genuine interest in our services.
Request and collect the candidate's updated resume/CV when they are interested.
Obtain relevant information such as availability for discussion, preferred job roles, skills, location, and other required details.
Schedule or coordinate follow-up discussions when required.
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates.
Accurately record candidate information, communication history, responses, and follow-up status in the company's CRM/database.
Qualify interested candidates and handoff qualified leads to the Sales/Recruitment Team.
Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified prospects.
Meet daily and monthly performance targets related to outreach, conversations, interested candidates, qualified leads, and conversions.

Candidate Qualification

The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with professionals in the USA and asking relevant questions to understand whether they may benefit from our services.

You should be able to confidently:

Find → Contact → Communicate → Explain Services → Build Interest → Qualify → Collect Resume → Collect Availability → Handoff to Sales

What We Are Looking For

Excellent verbal communication skills.
Good English communication and professional conversation skills.
Confidence while speaking with candidates over the phone or online.
Ability to explain services clearly and handle basic questions.
Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable with outbound calling, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups.
Target-oriented and motivated to achieve daily/monthly goals.
Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, internet research, email, and computer applications.
Ability to maintain accurate candidate records.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
