Our Dubai operations provide services including Data Center Colocation, Dedicated Servers, Cloud/VPS, Backup & Disaster Recovery, Business Email, Storage, Cybersecurity and Managed Services.
We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Telecaller to support our Dubai sales team in generating qualified business opportunities and appointments.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective B2B customers, IT companies, system integrators, MSPs and channel partners in the UAE.
- Introduce NetForChoice's data center, cloud, hosting, colocation and managed IT services.
- Identify customer requirements and qualify leads based on business and technical needs.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the Sales/Business Development team.
- Follow up with existing leads, prospects and quotations.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, discussions, follow-ups and lead status in CRM.
- Conduct regular follow-ups through phone, email and other approved communication channels.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline for the Dubai/UAE market.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for customer requirements and proposals.
- Understand customer pain points and communicate the appropriate NetForChoice solution.
- Maintain professional communication and represent the company positively.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, lead generation or B2B sales.
- Experience in IT, telecom, cloud, hosting, data center or technology sales will be an advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Ability to identify decision-makers and qualify business opportunities.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated and confident personality.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- UAE market experience and knowledge of Dubai business customers will be preferred.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of outbound calls per day.
- Qualified leads generated.
- Sales appointments/meetings scheduled.
- Conversion of calls into qualified opportunities.
- Follow-up completion and CRM accuracy.
- Monthly contribution to the sales pipeline.
- Achievement of assigned monthly targets.
Preferred Candidate
The ideal candidate should be confident, energetic, persuasive and commercially driven, with the ability to communicate with business owners, IT managers, procurement teams and decision-makers.
Candidates with experience selling cloud, VPS, dedicated servers, colocation, data center, backup, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365 or other IT services will be preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
