About the job:

Responsibilities -Outreach Manager:

Travel extensively to various cities and regions to personally engage with prospective students, high schools, educational fairs, and other relevant stakeholders.

Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, counselors, and influencers in each region is must.

Work closely with the admissions team to align marketing efforts with enrollment targets.
Provide support during admission events and conduct information sessions in different regions.
Utilize a combination of digital marketing tools, social media, and traditional marketing methods to reach diverse audiences.
Implement region-specific marketing campaigns and promotions.
Identify key target markets, demographics, and cultural nuances to customize marketing approaches.

Preferred skills and qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field
2-3 years experience, specifically having good relation with schools
Willingness to travel
Established contacts in media

Responsibilities -Marketing Manager:

Key Responsibilities:

Attract prospective students by visiting schools, colleges, and tutorial classes, delivering engaging presentations
Proactively build and maintain relationships with educational institutions across INDIA.
Achieve admission targets through effective marketing strategies
Arrange and conduct seminars/presentations in schools, colleges, and tutorial homes
Represent Silver Oak University at educational events and fairs.

Strategic Leadership with School and Community Connect:

Develop and execute university-aligned marketing and outreach strategies, including school and community connect activities, and tailoring approaches for effective engagement with target audiences.

Team Management and Development:

Lead and mentor a team of marketing executives and outreach officers, providing guidance, support, and training for success in achieving objectives, specifically focusing on initiatives related to school and community connections.

Campaign Oversight, Brand Management, and Deliverables:

Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring brand compliance and consistent messaging.

Collaboration, Budget Oversight, and School Engagement:

Collaborate with admission teams, academic departments, and stakeholders, aligning marketing efforts with enrolment goals.
Develop and manage the marketing and outreach budget, optimizing resource allocation for maximum impact.

Data Analysis, Reporting, and Enhanced Visibility:

Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of strategies, generating reports on key performance indicators.
Oversee community engagement initiatives, representing the university at relevant events to enhance PAN India visibility, with a particular focus on strengthening ties with schools, Coachings, Colleges, and community stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications:

Qualifications and Experience:

Holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related fields. Relevant marketing experience can substitute for specific educational qualifications.
Proven marketing experience, preferably in the education sector, with a successful track record in campaign management. Previous leadership or managerial roles are desirable.
3 to 5 years of experience in marketing within the education industry.

Leadership and Communication Skills:

Demonstrates strong leadership and team management skills, motivating diverse teams towards common goals.
Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, effectively articulating the university's brand message.

Analytical Proficiency and Collaboration:

Exhibits strong analytical skills for data interpretation and strategic decision-making, proficient in using analytics tools.
Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and networking skills, fostering collaborations with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Description of Telecaller:

Handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
Follow communication scripts and use knowledge of the all courses and programs provided by University.
Maintain calling data, including follow-ups with escalation team.
Meet daily qualitative and quantitative targets for yourself and your team, and achieve all objectives for admissions.
Create and maintain record of daily calling, positive.
