We are building an integrated digital ecosystem around our businesses, including websites, internal management systems, digital marketing, automation, CRM, AI tools and technology-enabled business processes.
We are looking for a highly capable, hands-on and multi-skilled Technology & Digital Operations Specialist who can take ownership of our complete technical and digital ecosystem.
This is a key position in our organization and will work closely with the management team.

Key Responsibilities
1. WordPress Website Development & Management – Core Responsibility
● Develop, maintain and manage company WordPress websites.
● Work extensively with WordPress, Elementor and related WordPress plugins.
● Create and modify pages, layouts, forms, dynamic content and website functionality.
● Manage Custom Post Types, custom fields, taxonomies, relationships and dynamic content.
● Work with plugins such as JetEngine, JetFormBuilder and other WordPress tools.
● Troubleshoot website errors, plugin conflicts, layout issues and functionality problems.
● Implement custom CSS, HTML, JavaScript and PHP wherever required.
● Make website customizations beyond standard page-builder functionality.
● Optimize website performance, responsiveness and user experience.
● Manage website backups, updates, security and maintenance.
● Handle hosting/server-related basic technical tasks.
● Identify and resolve technical issues independently.
2. Technical Tools, Software & Automation
● Set up, configure and manage various business tools and software.
● Manage integrations between websites, CRM, forms, payment systems, automation platforms and other business applications.
● Work with APIs, webhooks and basic automation wherever required.
● Understand and troubleshoot data flow between different platforms.
● Learn and implement new software/tools as the company adopts them.
● Maintain documentation of important technical configurations and workflows.
● Research new tools that can improve business productivity and automation.
3. Social Media Management
Manage the company's social media presence across platforms such as:
● Instagram
● Facebook
● LinkedIn
● YouTube
● Other relevant platforms
Responsibilities include:
● Plan and create regular social media content.
● Create attractive posts, carousels, infographics and promotional creatives.
● Create short-form videos/Reels/Shorts.
● Identify trending content formats and relevant trends.
● Develop content ideas suitable for the company's industry.
● Schedule and publish content.
● Maintain a consistent brand identity.
● Monitor engagement and performance.
● Assist in developing social media campaigns.
● Research competitors and industry trends.
4. SEO – On-Page & Off-Page
● Perform keyword research.
● Implement on-page SEO for company websites.
● Optimize page titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs and internal linking.
● Optimize website content for search engines.
● Identify technical SEO issues.
● Improve website indexing and search visibility.
● Monitor Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
● Conduct competitor SEO research.
● Develop and execute basic off-page SEO strategies.
● Research and build quality backlinks through legitimate methods.
● Track keyword rankings and SEO performance.
● Continuously research current SEO practices and algorithm changes.
5. AI Tools & AI-Based Workflows – Important
The candidate should be enthusiastic about Artificial Intelligence and emerging AI tools. Responsibilities may include:
● Researching and using new AI tools for business.
● Using AI for content creation, image generation, video creation and editing.
● Using AI for research, data analysis and productivity.
● Creating AI-assisted marketing workflows.
● Using AI for SEO and content optimization.
● Exploring AI automation and AI-powered business tools.
● Identifying repetitive tasks that can be automated using AI.
● Helping the company adopt useful AI technologies.
● Continuously learning new AI tools and technologies.

6. Digital Marketing & Campaign Support
● Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
● Create campaign creatives and supporting content.
● Manage basic campaign-related technical requirements.
● Coordinate website landing pages, forms and lead-generation systems.
● Track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
● Assist with lead-generation and conversion optimization.
7. Website & Digital Security
● Keep websites, plugins and systems updated.
● Identify basic security vulnerabilities.
● Manage website backups and recovery processes.
● Monitor unusual website behavior or technical issues.
● Follow good practices for passwords, access control and account security.

Important: Who Should Apply?
This position is particularly suitable for someone who considers themselves a:

A candidate does not need to be an expert in every single area from Day 1. However, the candidate must have strong technical fundamentals, a willingness to learn quickly and the ability to independently research and implement solutions.
Candidates who only know basic social media posting or basic WordPress page editing without technical troubleshooting/development capability are not suitable for this position.
Similarly, candidates who only know coding but have no interest in digital marketing, SEO, social media and AI tools may not be the ideal fit.
Educational Qualification
● Bachelor's degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, Digital Marketing, Computer Applications or a related field is preferred.
● Candidates from other educational backgrounds may also apply if they have strong practical skills and relevant experience.
Experience
Preferred: 1–4 years of relevant experience.
Freshers with exceptional practical knowledge, projects, certifications, portfolios or demonstrated technical abilities may also be considered.
Portfolio / Practical Work
Candidates with any of the following will have an advantage:
