Job Description – Receptionist Position Receptionist – FEET & YARD Group Department Front Office / Administration Location As per FEET & YARD Group requirement Reporting To HR / Admin Manager or designated reporting manager Job Summary The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors, customers, vendors, and employees at FEET & YARD Group. The role is responsible for managing the reception area, handling calls and correspondence, welcoming guests professionally, and providing day-to-day administrative support. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist visitors, customers, and business associates in a professional and courteous manner. Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls and transfer calls to the appropriate departments. Handle general inquiries and provide accurate information about the company and its services. Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes, where applicable. Receive, sort, and distribute courier, mail, and other communications. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and visitor schedules. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area. Coordinate with internal departments for visitor requirements and meeting arrangements. Maintain basic reception-related records, registers, and documents. Assist the HR/Admin team with routine administrative activities. Handle office stationery and other front-office requirements. Maintain confidentiality of company and visitor information. Perform other administrative duties assigned by the reporting manager. Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred. 1–3 years of experience in reception, front office, customer service, or administration. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Pleasant personality and professional grooming. Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and office documentation. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to remain calm and professional while handling multiple visitors and calls. Good command of English and Hindi; knowledge of additional local languages is an advantage.
