Role Overview
The Business Associate will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, Founder, and Managing Director, combining high-level executive support with strategic coordination and business execution.
The role will be responsible for managing executive priorities, coordinating with senior leadership, driving follow-ups on critical initiatives, and ensuring that key decisions and commitments translate into timely action. In addition to traditional executive assistant responsibilities, the role will support strategic projects, leadership communication, business reviews, and special initiatives led by the Executive Office.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, commercially aware, discreet, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive Management
- Manage and prioritize the calendars, meetings, commitments, and schedules of the CEO, Founder, and MD.
- Help executives prioritize time and attention against the organization's most critical objectives.
- Prepare executives for important meetings by consolidating agendas, background information, presentations, and briefing notes.
- Anticipate requirements and proactively identify potential conflicts, dependencies, and priorities.
- Ensure timely follow-up on commitments made by the Executive Office.
2. Leadership Coordination & Follow-through
- Coordinate with business heads, functional leaders, and other senior stakeholders on behalf of the Executive Office.
- Track key decisions, action items, deadlines, and ownership across leadership teams.
- Drive closure of critical follow-ups and ensure accountability across stakeholders.
- Maintain visibility on the progress of strategic initiatives and escalate delays or risks proactively.
- Facilitate communication between the Executive Office and internal teams.
3. Strategic Initiatives
- Support the Executive Office on strategic and cross-functional initiatives.
- Develop presentations, briefing documents, dashboards, MIS reports, and executive summaries.
- Coordinate special projects assigned by the CEO, Founder, MD.
- Work across functions to help move high-priority initiatives from planning to execution.
- Support business reviews, leadership meetings, and strategic planning processes.
4. Executive Meetings & Governance
- Coordinate leadership and executive meetings, including agendas, pre-reads, minutes, and action trackers.
- Ensure decisions and action points are documented and followed through.
- Maintain structured trackers for strategic priorities and leadership commitments.
- Support preparation for board meetings, investor meetings, business reviews, and other high-level engagements as required.
5. Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as a professional interface between the Executive Office and internal and external stakeholders.
- Draft and coordinate executive communications, presentations, notes, and correspondence.
- Maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders while exercising sound judgment and discretion.
- Handle sensitive, confidential, and time-critical matters with maturity and professionalism.
Key Deliverables
Success in this role will be measured by the ability to:
- Keep the CEO, Founder, and MD focused on the highest-priority matters.
- Ensure critical leadership actions and decisions are followed through to completion.
- Improve coordination and information flow across senior leadership.
- Provide timely and accurate information required for executive decision-making.
- Ensure strategic initiatives remain on track.
- Reduce administrative friction and increase executive effectiveness.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality, responsiveness, and professionalism.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related discipline.
- 5–10 years of experience in executive support, business operations, strategy, consulting, or a similar role.
- Experience supporting C-suite executives, founders, promoters, or senior business leaders is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel/Google Sheets, Word/Google Docs, and executive reporting tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and project-management abilities.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
