Job Title: Customer Success Executive
Department: Customer Support / Operations
Experience: 2–3 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to provide exceptional post-sales support and ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Provide timely and accurate information regarding products, orders, warranties, and service requests.
Register, track, and resolve customer complaints while ensuring timely follow-ups until closure.
Coordinate with the Service, Logistics, Production, and Sales teams to resolve customer concerns effectively.
Create and maintain service tickets, customer records, and support documentation.
Monitor pending cases and ensure adherence to defined turnaround times (TAT).
Assist customers with product usage, troubleshooting, and basic technical guidance.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams and ensure proper resolution.
Collect customer feedback and share insights to improve products and service quality.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly customer support reports.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during all customer interactions.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
2–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, or After-Sales Service.
Experience in handling customer complaints and service coordination.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Experience with CRM software or ticket management systems will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

Experience in electronics, consumer products, manufacturing, or technology companies will be preferred.
Familiarity with warranty management and after-sales service processes is an added advantage.
