About BuildArt

BuildArt Interiors & Constructions is a growing architecture, construction, and interior design company based in Trivandrum. We work on residential projects with a focus on quality construction, thoughtful design, and professional project execution.

We are looking for a Civil Engineer Intern who is eager to gain practical experience in construction and project execution and develop their technical skills through hands-on exposure.

Key Responsibilities

Assist engineers and project teams in day-to-day construction site activities.
Monitor construction work and ensure execution follows drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Assist with measurements, quantity calculations, and basic estimation work.
Support site inspections and maintain records of daily site activities.
Coordinate with contractors, workers, vendors, and other project team members under supervision.
Assist in checking the quality of materials and workmanship.
Help review architectural, structural, and construction drawings.
Assist with preparing site reports, measurements, checklists, and documentation.
Observe and learn about construction methods, materials, safety practices, and project management.
Support the team in ensuring work progresses according to project schedules.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or currently pursuing Civil Engineering.
Basic knowledge of civil engineering and construction practices.
Familiarity with AutoCAD is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace is preferred.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to learn and work at construction sites.
Ability to follow instructions and work responsibly.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
