CRM Manager – Manufacturing Operations & Customer Relationship Management

Location: Pitampura (NSP), Delhi
Industry: FMCG – Edible Oil Manufacturing
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: up to 1,00,000/- per month

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced CRM Manager with a strong background in FMCG Manufacturing, preferably Edible Oil, Vanaspati, Food Processing, or Bulk Manufacturing. This role requires an individual who can efficiently manage customer relationships while ensuring seamless coordination between Sales, Production, Planning, Dispatch, Logistics, Inventory, and Finance.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in production planning, bulk manufacturing operations, dispatch management, ERP/CRM systems, dealer coordination, order fulfillment, and timely dispatch execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management

Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors, institutional buyers, bakery clients, and private label customers.
Ensure timely follow-up on enquiries, primary sales, repeat orders, and new business opportunities.
Handle customer complaints and provide quick resolutions to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Monitor inactive customers and implement strategies to reactivate business.

Production & Manufacturing Coordination

Coordinate with the production team to align manufacturing schedules with customer demand.
Ensure production planning supports bulk order execution without delays.
Monitor production progress to avoid shortages and order backlogs.
Coordinate closely with plant operations for uninterrupted order fulfillment.

Dispatch & Logistics Management

Ensure all customer orders are dispatched within committed timelines.
Coordinate daily with logistics, warehouse, and transport teams.
Monitor truck and tanker dispatches to avoid delays.
Investigate dispatch issues and implement corrective actions.
Track dispatch performance and maintain high on-time delivery standards.

Sales Operations

Monitor order booking, bargain management, stock availability, and pricing.
Review pending orders and ensure timely processing.
Coordinate with the sales team to improve order conversion.
Ensure accurate order confirmation after checking stock, payment terms, and credit limits.

Inventory & ERP Management

Maintain accurate inventory visibility through ERP.
Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment.
Ensure proper ERP data entry and reporting accuracy.
Work closely with ERP, CRM, and FMS systems for operational efficiency.

Payment & Commercial Coordination

Coordinate with finance for payment follow-ups.
Monitor customer outstanding balances and overdue payments.
Ensure smooth coordination between sales and accounts departments.

Reporting & Performance Monitoring

Prepare and analyze daily MIS reports, dispatch reports, pending order reports, sales reports, and customer activity reports.
Monitor KPIs related to dispatch, customer retention, production planning, and order fulfillment.
Drive continuous process improvements through data analysis.

Required Skills

Strong experience in CRM, Sales Operations, and Customer Relationship Management.
Excellent understanding of Production Planning and Bulk Manufacturing Operations.
Hands-on experience in Dispatch Planning, Logistics Coordination, and Inventory Management.
Strong knowledge of ERP, CRM, and FMS systems.
Advanced MS Excel and reporting skills.
Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in:

Edible Oil Manufacturing
Vanaspati Manufacturing
FMCG Manufacturing
Food Processing
Bulk Manufacturing
Consumer Goods Manufacturing

Eligibility

Graduate/Post Graduate (MBA preferred).
8–20 years of experience in CRM, Sales Operations, Production Coordination, or Manufacturing Operations.
Prior experience handling bulk manufacturing, production coordination, dispatch planning, and customer relationship management is mandatory.
Candidates from Edible Oil/FMCG Manufacturing will be given preference.
