Job Summary
The International Recruitment Executive is responsible for sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, documentation coordination, and mobilising qualified candidates for overseas employment opportunities.
The role involves handling Healthcare and Technical recruitment projects across GCC, Europe, and other international markets, maintaining candidate pipelines, coordinating with overseas employers, and ensuring candidates successfully complete the recruitment and visa process until deployment.
Key Responsibilities1. Understand International Requirements
- Study overseas client requirements carefully.
- Understand job title, qualification, experience, age limit, salary, benefits, location, working conditions and other eligibility criteria.
- Understand country-specific recruitment and documentation requirements.
- Communicate job details accurately to candidates.
- Prioritise urgent and high-priority vacancies.
2. Candidate Sourcing
Source suitable candidates through:
- Company database and CRM
- Job portals
- Social media
- WhatsApp groups and channels
- References
- Recruitment campaigns
- Lead-generation campaigns
- Walk-in interviews
- Recruitment drives
- Candidate referrals
Maintain a strong and active candidate pipeline for current and upcoming overseas projects.
3. Healthcare Recruitment
Source and recruit:
- Doctors
- Staff Nurses
- GNM / BSc / Post BSc Nurses
- Assistant Nurses
- Dental Nurses
- Emergency Medical Technicians
- Medical Technicians
- Other healthcare professionals
Verify qualifications, professional registration, speciality experience, employment history and licensing eligibility.
4. Technical Recruitment
Source and recruit:
- Industrial Electricians
- Electrical Supervisors
- Welders
- Fabricators
- Mechanical Technicians
- HVAC Technicians
- Plumbers
- Drivers
- Forklift Operators
- Oil & Gas Workers
- Shipbuilding Workers
- Other skilled and semi-skilled workers
Verify trade qualifications, technical experience, licences, certifications and project-specific eligibility.
5. Candidate Screening
- Conduct initial screening calls.
- Check qualification and experience.
- Verify candidate eligibility against the exact client requirement.
- Assess communication skills and job suitability.
- Explain salary, benefits, working conditions and recruitment process.
- Identify genuine and interested candidates.
- Maintain proper screening records.
6. CV Preparation & Submission
- Collect complete candidate information and documents.
- Prepare professional CVs according to international client requirements.
- Ensure all information is accurate and verifiable.
- Submit only eligible and properly screened candidates.
- Maintain project-wise CV submission records.
- Follow up with clients regarding submitted CVs.
7. Interview Coordination
- Coordinate online, telephone and face-to-face interviews.
- Inform candidates about interview schedules and requirements.
- Prepare candidates for interviews.
- Conduct mock interviews where necessary.
- Monitor interview attendance.
- Record interview results.
- Coordinate re-interviews and additional assessments.
8. Offer Letter & Selection Follow-Up
- Inform selected candidates about their selection.
- Explain offer letter details, salary, benefits and employment conditions.
- Coordinate acceptance of offers.
- Maintain accurate selection records.
- Follow up with candidates to ensure they remain committed until deployment.
9. Documentation Coordination
Coordinate with the documentation/operations team for:
- Passport
- Educational certificates
- Experience certificates
- Professional registration
- PCC
- Medical examination
- DataFlow
- Prometric / licensing examinations
- Certificate attestation
- Apostille
- Embassy/VFS documentation
- Visa processing
- Visa stamping
- Other country-specific requirements
Ensure candidates complete documentation within the required timeline.
10. Visa & Mobilisation Follow-Up
- Track each candidate's visa process.
- Follow up for pending documents.
- Coordinate with candidates and internal teams regarding medical, VFS and visa requirements.
- Ensure candidates follow the company's mobilisation schedule.
- Confirm travel readiness.
- Coordinate with the operations team until departure.
11. Candidate Relationship Management
- Maintain professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide timely and accurate updates.
- Handle candidate questions and concerns.
- Follow up regularly with selected candidates.
- Minimise candidate dropouts and delays.
- Maintain strong candidate relationships for future requirements.
12. CRM & Reporting
Maintain accurate records in the company's CRM and reporting systems.
Update candidate status such as:
New Lead → Contacted → Interested → Screening → CV Ready → CV Submitted → Shortlisted → Interview → Selected → Offer → Documentation → Medical → Visa → Ready to Travel → Departed
Daily reports should include:
- Leads contacted
- Candidates screened
- Qualified candidates
- CVs prepared
- CVs submitted
- Interviews scheduled
- Candidates selected
- Documentation completed
- Visa progress
- Candidates ready for travel
International Recruitment Compliance
- Follow company recruitment policies and procedures.
- Follow applicable Indian overseas recruitment regulations.
- Follow destination-country employment and visa requirements.
- Never provide false information to candidates or overseas clients.
- Ensure candidate documents and CV information are genuine and accurate.
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate and client information.
Daily Responsibilities
- Contact and qualify new leads.
- Source candidates for active international vacancies.
- Screen candidates according to project requirements.
- Prepare and submit eligible CVs.
- Follow up with candidates and clients.
- Coordinate interviews.
- Follow up on selected candidates.
- Coordinate with documentation and visa teams.
- Update CRM and daily reports.
- Work towards assigned recruitment and mobilisation targets.

Core Responsibility
The International Recruitment Executive is responsible for delivering the complete recruitment cycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to CV submission, interview coordination, selection, documentation, visa processing and final mobilisation — while ensuring the right candidate is recruited for the right international job within the required timeline.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
