Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Management professional who can also teach and mentor learners.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in product discovery, product strategy, user research, product analytics, roadmap planning and stakeholder management.

Candidate Requirements (Must Have)

5+ years of professional experience in Product Management or related roles.
Strong understanding of the complete Product Lifecycle.
Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain concepts clearly to beginners.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Hands-on experience creating PRDs, roadmaps and product strategies.
Practical experience with product analytics and metrics.

Comfortable teaching online through live classes.

Experience working in SaaS / Technology / FinTech / E-commerce / EdTech / B2B products.
Experience mentoring Product Managers or aspiring PMs.
Product Management certification.
Experience with AI-powered product development.
Experience with GenAI / LLM products.
Basic SQL knowledge.
Experience conducting Product Management interviews.
Experience helping candidates transition into Product Management roles.
