About AI Easy Technologies

AI Easy Technologies is a technology-focused company based in Janakpuri, New Delhi. We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join our sales team and handle inbound leads, customer calling, follow-ups, and sales conversions.

The ideal candidate should be confident on calls, understand customer requirements quickly, have strong persuasion and negotiation skills, and be comfortable working with sales targets.

Key Responsibilities1. Inbound Lead Management

Receive and handle inbound sales leads generated through various channels.
Contact new leads promptly and understand their requirements.
Qualify leads based on customer requirements, budget, urgency, and purchase intent.
Maintain proper records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and outcomes.
Ensure no genuine sales lead is left unattended.

2. Sales Calling & Customer Conversion

Make regular calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.
Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable solution.
Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.
Follow up with interested customers until the sale is successfully closed.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.
Consistently work towards achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.

3. Inbound Sales

Convert incoming enquiries into qualified opportunities and confirmed sales.
Respond quickly to customers who show interest in our products/services.
Build trust and maintain professional communication throughout the sales process.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities wherever applicable.

4. Finance & Commercial Discussions

Discuss pricing, payment terms, quotations, and other commercial details with customers.
Coordinate with the finance/accounts team wherever required.
Follow up on pending payments and commercial commitments.
Ensure accurate communication of prices, offers, payment schedules, and terms to customers.
Help customers understand available payment/finance options, where applicable.

5. Follow-Ups & Relationship Management

Maintain systematic follow-ups with leads and existing prospects.
Build long-term relationships with customers.
Re-engage old or inactive leads to generate additional sales opportunities.
Maintain a clear follow-up pipeline and prioritize high-intent customers.

6. Sales Reporting & CRM

Update all customer interactions and lead statuses in the company's CRM/system.
Maintain accurate daily sales records.
Share daily/weekly sales updates with the reporting manager.
Track individual performance against assigned targets and KPIs.

Required Skills

2+ years of sales experience, preferably in inside sales, telecalling, B2C/B2B sales, or lead conversion.
Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
Strong Hindi and English communication skills.
Ability to confidently speak with customers over the phone.
Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
Target-oriented and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
Good follow-up discipline.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM/lead management systems.
Ability to understand customer requirements and close sales independently.
Professional attitude and good customer-handling skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Performance will primarily be measured on:

Number of inbound leads contacted.
Lead response time.
Number of qualified leads.
Calling and follow-up activity.
Lead-to-sale conversion rate.
Monthly sales/revenue generated.
Achievement of monthly sales targets.
Follow-up effectiveness.
Customer satisfaction and quality of communication.
Accuracy of CRM/lead records.

Working Hours

7:00 AM to 3:00 PM

30-minute break included during the shift.

The candidate is expected to maintain punctuality and be available during working hours to handle incoming leads, customer calls, follow-ups, and sales activities.

Compensation

Salary: As per experience and interview performance.

Additional: Performance-based incentives may be offered based on sales achievement.
