Full job description

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce & Marketplace Executive to manage the company’s e-commerce website and marketplace accounts, including Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub and other online sales platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the company’s e-commerce website and seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplaces.
Create and maintain accurate product listings, including product titles, descriptions, specifications, images, keywords, categories, SKUs and pricing.
Collect product information, images, datasheets, certifications and authorization documents from OEMs and distributors.
Coordinate with the accounts team for GST, invoices, payment reconciliation, credit notes, commissions, marketplace fees and settlement reports.
Coordinate with the inventory and warehouse team to maintain accurate stock availability across all online platforms.
Manage order processing, packing coordination, dispatch, delivery tracking, returns, replacements, cancellations and refunds.
Maintain pricing, discount structures, promotional offers and profit margins after considering marketplace fees and logistics costs.
Handle marketplace requirements related to brand registration, trademark documentation, product approvals, category approvals, legal metrology, BIS or other applicable certifications.
Coordinate with marketplace support teams and external portal agencies to resolve account, listing, payment and compliance issues.
Monitor account health, seller ratings, customer reviews, return rates, cancellations and policy violations.
Respond to customer questions, product enquiries and marketplace complaints professionally and within the required timeline.
Plan and execute marketplace advertisements, sponsored listings, deals, coupons and promotional campaigns.
Monitor competitor pricing, product positioning and marketplace trends.
Prepare regular reports covering sales, inventory, advertising performance, returns, settlements, profitability and account health.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote selected products, brands and solutions.
Ensure all listings, claims, images and product information follow OEM guidelines and marketplace policies.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, E-Commerce or a related field.
2–5 years of experience managing e-commerce websites or marketplace seller accounts.
Practical experience with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub is preferred.
Good knowledge of product catalogue creation, bulk listings, inventory updates and order management.
Understanding of GST invoices, marketplace settlements, commissions, returns and payment reconciliation.
Basic knowledge of product-related legal documentation, certifications and marketplace compliance.
Experience working with warehouse, logistics, accounts, OEMs or distributors.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including filters, lookup functions and reporting.
Familiarity with ERP, CRM, inventory or accounting software will be an advantage.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good attention to detail, coordination skills and problem-solving ability.
Ability to manage multiple platforms, brands and product categories simultaneously.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience handling electronics, Audio Visual, IT, networking or professional technology products.
Experience managing a company-owned e-commerce website using Shopify, WooCommerce or a similar platform.
Knowledge of Amazon advertising, Flipkart advertising and marketplace analytics.
Familiarity with Zoho Inventory, Zoho Books, Zoho Commerce or Zoho CRM will be an advantage.
Experience with ONDC, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, GeM or other B2B/B2C platforms will be an added advantage.
