Yashodeep Knowledge Hub (YKH) is looking for a smart, confident, well-presented, and multitasking Receptionist to be the first point of contact for students, parents, visitors, staff, and other stakeholders.

Position

Receptionist / Front Office Executive

Location

Yashodeep Knowledge Hub, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra

We are looking for a candidate who is:

Smart, confident, and well-presented
Pleasant and professional in appearance and communication
Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused
Excellent at multitasking and handling multiple responsibilities
Punctual, disciplined, and responsible
Comfortable communicating with students, parents, staff, and visitors
Able to handle pressure and maintain a positive attitude

Educational Qualification

Graduate in any discipline preferred.
Good knowledge of MS Office, Email, WhatsApp, and basic computer operations.
Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.
Previous experience in reception, front office, college administration, or customer service will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist students, parents, visitors, and guests professionally.
Manage the reception/front desk and maintain a professional environment.
Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and messages.
Provide accurate information regarding courses, admissions, departments, timings, and college activities.
Direct visitors and students to the appropriate department or concerned person.
Maintain visitor records and front-office documentation.
Coordinate with the admission, administration, academic, and management teams.
Assist the admission team with student inquiries and follow-up calls when required.
Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings with concerned staff or management.
Receive and distribute official documents, letters, courier, and other communications.
Maintain daily records, registers, and basic Excel sheets.
Assist in organizing college events, seminars, meetings, admission activities, and student programs.
Handle multiple tasks assigned by the Principal, Administration, or Management.
Maintain professional discipline and a welcoming atmosphere at the reception area.
Ensure that all visitors receive proper assistance and guidance.
Maintain confidentiality of institutional and student-related information.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication.
Good telephone etiquette.
Strong multitasking and coordination abilities.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, and Google Workspace.
Ability to handle students, parents, and visitors politely and professionally.
Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Experience

Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
Experience in an educational institution, corporate office, hospital, hotel, or customer-service environment will be preferred.
