Marketing Manager for Bauersit.com

If you have visited the SF Bay Area, you’ve likely seen BauersIT’s beautiful shiny black buses on local highways. We’re looking for a top-notch Marketing Manager to expand on digital marketing, social media and great branding to run our Marketing department across SEO, PPC, Performance Marketing, Social Media, AI and other marketing channels.

Job Description:

At Bauer’s Intelligent Transportation, marketing is about understanding people and building awareness about how our services can satisfy their needs. We’re looking for an experienced and versatile marketing manager who is hungry to do this and more. Our ideal candidate has experience developing and executing marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring a team. He/she will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, as well as long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs. If you are a people-person who loves the rewarding challenge of building a brand, we want to hear from you.

We want someone who can leverage AI, and find new innovative ways to bring new growth and revenue to the company.

Objectives of this Role

· Manage all the below activities for Bauersit.com, Limos.com and other entities under the Bauer’s brands

· Create executable Marketing Plan to result in interest, demand and recognition of our Commute/Transit Service, Charter Transportation, iCars and Logistics Management businesses

· Manage PPC, SEO, SEM and social media activates and collaborate with other marketing/sales team members

· Create weekly and monthly reports of various KPIs (including ad spend, # of leads, analytics, sales performance on forms/calls, CPA etc.)

· Monitor sales/CRM leads tracking from sales team

· Create reactivation and retargeting campaigns with email funnels

· Cross promote with other brands under Bauers and share intelligence

· View HotJar sessions regularly and create weekly report of learnings/areas of improvement to ensure smooth functioning of online website

· Identify areas of automation in both marketing and sales end to end processes to increase efficiency

· Making recommendations regarding process improvements

· Ensure all tracking and analytics is in place on website, webpages, emails, CallRail, forms, buttons and other areas on a regular basis

· Identify marketing strategies to grow key areas of business including corporate commute, charter, schools transportation

· Monitor keywords, campaign performance, campign/keyword budget allocaton and negative keywords each week

· Send 4-6 email newsletters per month per company

· Manage Active Campaign/Mailchimp email newsletters

· Identify creative campaigns, graphics, online copy/content

· Monitor and report to remove unnecessary backlinks on a regular basis

· Manage and review content/imagery writing for dedicated landing pages, marketing ads, social ads

· Ensure licensed images/graphics/fonts are used in all online channels, print material etc.

· Calculate ROI, profitability, campaign analysis, and manage ad spend budget across various online/offline channels, including different search engines

· Manage events, special occasion campaigns (including Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving etc.) to deliver relevant content on a regular basis to target audiences via newsletters

· Help improve keywords ranking

· Lead generation via ZoomInfo and other similar tools

· Online reputation management on Yelp, Google, YatPo, SignPost etc.

· Create NPS via email feedback from customers and report weekly

· Manage social channels including Facebook, Instagram and Reels, Google, TikTok, Pinterest and more.

· Manage video content for online channels

· Manage any A/B tests on website and report on a regular basis

· Create the media schedule, negotiate rates, prepare the deliverable and execute.

· Develop strategic partnerships, alliances and bundles that ensure that we are highly visible and properly positioned and referenced.

· Manage related vendor relationships and our acquisition marketing partners and programs to maximize campaign performance.

· Ensure a constant supply of qualified and substantial leads for direct sales; gathered through, but not limited to direct campaigns, trade shows, online lead generation and qualified list acquisition

· Manage tools, resources and teams to achieve annual revenue, brand and other company objectives.

· Measure effectiveness of the marketing strategy and implement timely improvements. Generate monthly, quarterly and annual marketing reports, including forecasts and ROI, for executive team.

· Develop and execute on monthly and quarterly budgets and forecasts.

· Work with Business Development, design and other departments to ensure a consistent look and feel among all collateral materials. Aid in the design of sales materials, product slicks, trade show graphics, and all other corporate imaging materials and presentation material.

· Planning, staffing, training, and managing all marketing functions.

· Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies

· Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong experience in online PPC ads across all major search engines and social media platforms
Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
Ability to make advertisers and agencies aware that they can advertise and activate on, and in, our tech commuter buses, with the opportunity to expand the practice as it succeeds

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree a plus
Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
Established press and media contacts
Proven ability to lead in a cross functional environment
