Get Closers partners with fast-growing coaches, consultants, and education businesses to build high-performing sales teams that drive revenue and growth.

We are currently hiring for Fit With Diet, a growing health and transformation coaching business.

About Fit With Diet

Fit With Diet helps clients achieve sustainable health transformations through personalized diet and accountability-based coaching.

The programs focus on PCOS reversal, weight loss, and overall health transformation, helping clients achieve measurable results through structured nutrition and ongoing support.

Compensation

Base Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)

Incentives: Performance-based incentives on top of base pay.

About the Role

This is a high-volume, consultative sales role working with prospects who have already shown interest through social media and other inbound channels.

You'll be speaking with prospects interested in improving their health, losing weight, or managing conditions such as PCOS. Your role is to understand their current challenges, identify their goals, build trust, handle objections, and guide them toward the right coaching program.

You'll work with a consistent flow of company-generated leads, allowing you to focus on conversations, follow-ups, and conversions rather than sourcing prospects from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct discovery and enrollment calls with qualified prospects.
Understand prospects' health goals, challenges, motivations, and previous attempts.
Present the coaching program in a personalized and consultative manner.
Build trust and establish strong rapport with prospects.
Handle objections around pricing, commitment, results, and timing.
Follow up consistently with interested and undecided prospects.
Manage a high-volume sales pipeline and prioritize opportunities effectively.
Maintain accurate lead and sales records.
Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
Participate in sales coaching, call reviews, and performance discussions.

Must-Have Qualifications

Experience

2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, High-Ticket Sales, or Consultative Selling.
Prior experience selling coaching, consulting, health, wellness, fitness, or other high-ticket services is preferred.

Skills

High-ticket consultative selling.
Discovery and lead qualification.
Objection handling and negotiation.
Closing psychology.
Strong follow-up management.
Pipeline and revenue management.
Ability to handle high lead volumes while maintaining quality conversations.

Communication Requirements

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are mandatory.
Strong Hindi communication skills.
Premium, polished, and confident communication style.
Strong listening, questioning, and relationship-building skills.
